A database is a electronic collection of records or information which also allows the users to share the records/information between themselves while effectually managing the data. Data and Information can easily be manipulated and printed out or exported into reports, PDF's or spread sheets.

Databases have been in use since the earliest days of computers and maintain their records in a structured way, this structure is achieved by organizing the data according to a database model. There are a number of database structures and applications available for PC's and Web/Internet based use, each one suited to a different need. Databases are the preferred method of storage for large multi-user applications.

2011 - major work on a new online booking engine and database for Ace Parking in Gatwick. Improvements on the client booking side of the website along with many upgrades and changes on the back end for client use.

The database keeps bookings and records of their and cars plus clients details for pick up and drop off of their cars.

With our corporate partner, Solid Media Solutions, we have worked on and completed a large Port Folio Asset Management system for a lift service and management business in Crawley.

This provides full reporting facilities for their clients lift maintenance and safety records.

Each client has a secure separate login area to access and print out and customised report in PDF and or Excel spread sheet format detailing their information.

A full point of sale, stock control and accounts package was installed for a Thai Restaurant in Burgess Hill. 

PCs and  a Network were also supplied along with all the software to run the restaurants booking system, accounts and table bills.

Importing data from various Excel spread sheets to form one database with report and export faculties for use by their agents around the world.

The system now runs and manages their entire client/customer base.
