We have 5 basic price structures, one for the design of the presentation, one for Web site transfer, one for production of the CDs, one for business card CDs and one for disc duplication.

 

Each presentation will be different and is designed and tailored to an individual, organisation or company’s needs. So the packages below are just to give you an idea of our services.

 

Power Point Presentation

20-30 slides including slide transactions, effects and background image/colour. Up to 1000 words/text on the slides, your logo, approximately 10 graphics, designed where needed, and 10 photos. 

Multimedia Power Point Presentation

As per package A but to include video clips, music, narration and multiple pictures/photos.

 

Downloading of your entire Web site from the Internet.  Amend the site for off-line viewing so that it acts just like a fully navigational Web site, including where needed, a link to your online Web pages for real-time information.

Or take an abridged version and turn it into into a slide show including slide transactions and effects etc.

CD boxed in either clear, black, green, blue, red, or orange slim line case. Or standard jewel case with option of double case.

Custom designed and printed inlay sleeve and printed/screen printed CD label.  With options on both for glossy paper/effect. Prices dependent on cases and quantity.

Designed to carry your business message and image.

Presented in clear plastic wallet with printed/screen printed CD label. 

Or small jewel case.

 

Per CD to include your choice of clear, black, green, blue, red, or orange slim line cases. Or standard jewel case with option of double case.

Please note that these packages should be used as a guide only. Every interactive CD/presentation has different requirements, the package fee's are negotiable to fit your design and budget, e.g. a small simpler text based presentation would reduce the price and consequently a larger presentation with a higher graphic content requiring significant studio time would increase the price. Photos/documents/brochures can be scanned in along with digital photos taken. (If within London and the South East).  Further amendments to your presentation can be made at a small charge in the future.

       

  • BizWiseIT will do our best to make sure that your presentation works on all the major current up to date Windows PCs (95/98 NT Win2000 XP). However we can not guarantee that it will work perfectly on older out of date computers.
  • If a CD arrives unreadable or malfunctioning, (an extremely rare occurrence) we will replace it free of charge within a reasonable amount of time. CDs are reliable media but they can scratch easily. Scratches can cause unreadable sections that may cause the CD to fail. CDs that are damaged due to neglect will not be replaced for free.

  • If you find an error on the presentation after design, it will be corrected free of charge. This does not include changes to the specification or spelling and grammar errors in the original supplied information, additions, deletions or modifications by hackers or other people.

  • You agree not to ask for copyrighted, illegal, harmful or offensive material to be included on the presentation. This type of information will not be included.

  • You should retain your own records and data in relation to the presentation in case the supplied copy is lost or damaged. We respect your privacy and therefore will not disclose any supplied information (name, address phone no etc.) to third party companies.

  • BizWiseIT will include an "About Box" on the auto start program displaying our name and web site details. The text will be small and something like "Presentational CD By BizWiseIT www.bizwiseit.co.uk".
  • If you accept the quote for our services a down payment of 30% will be required with the remaining balance on completion.

  • If your final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to discontinue our services. Late payments will incur a charge of £5.00 per day along with a further charge of £20 for returned cheques.
  • BizWiseIT accepts cheques, cash and credit cards via PayPal only. Cheques should be made payable to BizWiseIT.
