G Store

I
first contacted Matt McGough at BizWiseIT – through
YELL.com - in the summer of 2009 when we were
opening our Crawley G-store. Matt immediately
impressed me not just with his professional and
technical skills but with his “can do” attitude. He
works to deadlines excellently and in almost 3 years
we have developed an excellent working and
professional relationship.
Matt helped set up from scratch our Crawley store IT
Systems installation, tills and emails and also
liaised with Futura who are our epos supplier. The
successful opening of the Crawley store led to Matt
being retained as our IT Consultant and, as a small
company with only 4 stores, we have come to rely on
Matt for all our IT-related services. Since Crawley
we have opened stores in Basingstoke, Lakeside and
Colchester and Matt has played a key role in the
opening of them all.
BizWiseIT provides our remote server on a lease;
server hosting; general IT Maintenance; all our
back-up systems; in-store trouble shooting (such as
“crashing”); and email set up and development – as
well as providing high-level IT advice and guidance
to me and the management team. Matt also sources all
our supplies, including the IT kit for all new
stores as well as, most recently, setting up all our
Head Office networked systems for us.
The firm has also brilliantly fully designed, set up
and implemented our G-store website for us.
Matt McGough and his colleagues at BizWiseIT have
become such an integral part of our company that we
consult them as if they were an internal function –
and Matt was our IT Director. I hope that we will
continue to work together for many years to come. |

Client Case Study -
Vision Survey
The
company moved in to a new Gatwick office while still
maintaining their Heathrow office. Access to work data
files, general documentation and
a database was required at both sites.
BizWiseIT was chosen and installed a new SBS Windows
2008 R2 server, new Drytek routers. We then proceeded set up a LAN to LAN VPN
connection between the offices. We updated Laptops and PCs to Windows 7 Professional and added
all users to a
Windows network domain to allow seamless access to their data
from both offices.
We also set up a "dial up vpn" allowing them access to
their shared date/files when they were out of the office
and also allowing the staff to work from home and access
the shared data. This has increased the productivity of
the staff and business. |
